Only a few more days till Christmas!!
This month has flown by, I can't believe Christmas is here already.
I did some last minute shopping yesterday and that wrapped up all my to do list, other than wrapping gifts of course.
Last night we delivered these goodie bags full of yummy white chocolate covered pretzels. These are a fun and easy treat for any occasion. I love taste of salty & sweet, it's the perfect combination.
Ingredients
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 large bag of mini pretzels twists
crisco/shortening
sprinkles, candy canes or any other candy you'd like
Start by laying out a few sheets of wax paper. Then pour whole bag of white chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl add about a 1/2 tsp to bowl microwave for about 1 minute. with metal spoon stir mixture until smooth. If there are solid chips, microwave for another 15-20 seconds, mix again until smooth.
Dip pretzels into the melted chocolate and let drip then lay on waxed paper. While chocolate is still warm sprinkle candy or sprinkles on top, let cool.
These are perfect in clear bags with a cute ribbon for neighbor gifts at Christmas.
