Okay remember the entry table I built here is the tutorial.
I added on to it last week.
This is what the table looked like before. (sorry for the crappy photo)
This is it! AFTER
I got the suitcase at an antiques shop for 8$ Score!!
All I did was add another shelf below.
I wasn't sure how it would look but I am glad I took the risk. It's just another place to decorate, and you can never have to much of that right? Thanks, I am working on a sofa table for my basement and it is taking a bit longer than I expected but I will show it when it's done along with a train table for my boys. I should finish one project before I start another one, ha?
See ya!

ReplyDeleteI love your table, I have had it pinned for awhile now because I have a table that is a lot like yours (although I didn't make mine) that I wanted to add a shelf too like you did with yours! Here is my table if you'd like to take a look http://littlevintagecottage.blogspot.com/2013/06/entry-table-makeover.html I used one of your pictures to show my inspiration but I gave you credit with a link (plus your pic has your name watermark on it), I hope you don't mind. :o)
